Classification

There are two kinds of insulating glass on the domestic market at present

According to the national inspection standards, how to arrange the production to meet the requirements of insulating glass? Since there are many similarities between the two kinds of insulating glass in the technological process, the common technological process of them is briefly analyzed.

1. Glass cutting and cutting

The original glass is generally colorless float glass or other colored glass, shading glass, toughened glass, laminated glass, the thickness is generally 3-12mm, the glass must conform to the new national standard of plate glass GB11614, the first grade of superior products, the provisions of the inspection before use.

Glass cutting can be done by hand or by machine, but should be guaranteed to meet the size requirements. In the process of operation, workers should pay attention to the glass surface should not have scratches, even quality, no air bubbles, slag and other obvious shortcomings.

2. Clean and dry the glass

Glass cleaning must use machine cleaning method, because manual cleaning can not guarantee the quality of cleaning.

Before cleaning, it is necessary to check the glass without scratches. In order to ensure the bonding between the sealant and the glass, deionized water is used. In addition, in order to ensure the recycling of water and save water resources, the water can be filtered to ensure long-term use.

After cleaning, the glass shall pass the light inspection to check whether the glass surface has water, water stains and other stains. If there are water, water stains and other stains, the machine running speed, heating temperature, air volume and brush gap shall be adjusted until the effect is complete.

After washing the glass should be assembled into insulating glass within 1 hour, in addition to ensure that there is no friction between the glass and the glass, there is a semi-finished glass storage car, separated between the glass pieces.

(2) the requirement of relative humidity: this kind of insulating glass has a slightly lower requirement of relative humidity, normal conditions can be.

But it should be noted that the desiccant should choose a regular manufacturer of qualified products, in order to ensure the effective use of desiccant.

The desiccant is used up within 24 hours after opening, because the air permeability of polysulfide glue is very large and the sealing is poor, so it is necessary to use a double seal.

Use butyl glue as the first seal, play a role in blocking gas.

With two component glue as the second sealing, the main role is the bonding effect, followed by the gas isolation effect.

Practice has proved that the life of single channel sealing insulating glass is only about 5 years, while the life of double channel sealing insulating glass can be as long as 20 years or even more than 40 years. Therefore, the development of double channel sealing insulating glass is the general trend.

Aluminum strip insulating glass, the outer part of the aluminum frame and the edge of the glass should be 5-7mm apart after the sheet, for coating the second sealant, the two-component glue should be evenly coated along one side to prevent bubbles, and the residual on the glass surface should be scraped off after coating.

Placement of insulating glass

The correct placement of insulating glass will also have an impact on the quality of insulating glass, whether in production or transportation or in site storage.

First of all, the design requirements of the stacking rack should take into account the characteristics of hollow glass, and the stacking rack should have a certain inclination. However, the bottom plane and side parts should always be kept 90 degrees, so as to ensure that the two bottom glass edges of the insulating glass can be placed vertically on the stacking rack.

In addition, it should be noted that the bottom of the glass should not be stained with oil, lime and other receptants, because they will have different degrees of erosion on the second sealant of the insulating glass, thus affecting the sealing performance of the insulating glass.

In order to improve the effect of sound insulation and heat insulation of insulating glass, manufacturers take out the air inside the insulating glass and inject inert gas into the insulating glass. This process makes the performance of insulating glass further improved.
